How we handle information you send us.
This notice describes what actually happens to an enquiry submitted through this website — not what a system might do later. If any of it changes, this notice changes with it.

2. What this notice covers
This website and the enquiry forms on it. It does not cover any other Launch Soft service, system or communication channel, and it does not cover a conversation that continues by email, phone or messaging after we have replied to you.
3. What we collect
Browsing this site collects nothing from you. We collect information only when you choose to submit one of two forms.
Business technology assessment enquiry, on the contact page. Required: full name, organization, work email. Optional: role or job title, organization size, phone, country, preferred contact method, industry, service interest, main business challenge, and a free-text message.
Syria meeting request, on the Syria page. Required: full name, organization, phone. Optional: role or job title, email, city, sector, meeting format, how the contact came about, and a free-text message.
Anything you type into a message box reaches us as you wrote it. Please do not include information you would not want held in an email inbox — particularly information about other people, or anything commercially confidential.
4. Why we collect it
We use the information you send through a form only in connection with your enquiry:
- to receive your enquiry;
- to respond to you;
- to understand the service or business requirement you are asking about;
- to manage follow-up relating to that enquiry;
- to keep a legitimate business record of the enquiry and our correspondence.
Sending an enquiry does not give us marketing consent. We do not add you to a mailing list, newsletter or outbound marketing sequence, we do not build a profile of you or enrich your details from other sources, and we do not sell your information. If we ever wanted to use enquiry details for marketing, that would be a separate purpose that we would ask you about separately - never bundled into an enquiry form.
5. How your enquiry is handled
Your browser sends the form to this website over an encrypted connection. Our server checks that it is complete and was not submitted automatically, then sends one notification email containing your enquiry to our monitored business inbox. A member of the team reads it and replies to you directly.
So that a reply reaches you, the notification email is set to reply to the address you gave. Once we reply, that conversation continues as ordinary email between us.
- Your enquiry is not written to any database. There is no submissions table and no dashboard.
- There is no customer-relationship system in this path.
- We do not send you an automated acknowledgement. The first message you receive from us is written by a person.
- Other than the notification email itself, we keep no separate copy.
6. Who else is involved
Form submissions are processed through the provider that hosts this website and a transactional email service that delivers the enquiry to Launch Soft. Neither is given your enquiry for its own purposes.
- Resend
- Transmits the notification email from this website to our business inbox. It carries the message; it does not keep a record of your enquiry on our behalf.
- Vercel
- Hosts this website and runs the code that receives the form. Your submission passes through it in order to be processed.
7. How long we keep it
Website enquiry data may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship, contractual obligation, legal requirement, dispute, or legitimate record-keeping need.
Because an enquiry is not stored in a database, retention is a matter of how long the email is kept in our business inbox. We review enquiry records against this rule at least every six months and remove those whose retention period has ended, unless a documented exception above applies.
We do not operate automated deletion, and nothing on this site erases an enquiry on a timer. The review described above is carried out by a person. We would rather describe that accurately than publish an automatic-deletion promise we do not keep.
8. Where your information is processed
Our business inbox is in the United Arab Emirates. The hosting and email-delivery providers named above operate internationally, so your submission may be processed on infrastructure outside the UAE on its way to us.
10. Protecting the forms from automated abuse
Two checks run on submission: a hidden field that a person never sees and never fills in, and a check that the form was not completed impossibly quickly. Neither profiles you and neither sends anything to a third party.
We also limit how many submissions can come from one internet connection in a short period. To do that your IP address is held briefly in memory. It is not written to a database, not stored, and not attached to your enquiry.
We deliberately do not use reCAPTCHA or a similar service, because that would send information about you to a third party in order to protect a form.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send. The form is submitted over an encrypted connection, the notification is sent through an authenticated service, and access to the business inbox is restricted to the people who answer enquiries. Keeping the amount of information we hold small is itself part of this: an enquiry that is never copied into a database cannot be exposed from one.
No website or email system can be made completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
12. Asking about your information
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because enquiries are not held in a database, in practice this means locating the email and acting on it. Write to the privacy contact above and tell us what you are asking for.
13. Changes to this notice
If we change how enquiries are handled, we update this notice and the date at the top of it. This notice describes the current arrangement: no database, no CRM, no automated reply. If any of those is added, this notice will say so before the change goes live, not after.
