About Launch Soft Solutions

A technology partner that stays accountable after the launch.

Launch Soft Solutions is a UAE-based technology transformation partner. We advise on what an organization should change, build the systems that change it, and remain responsible for how those systems run afterwards.

Where we operate

Based in the UAE. Delivering across the region.

The UAE is our base and our operating standard. It is where the practice was built, where enterprise expectations around governance, documentation and delivery discipline are set, and where our regional work is coordinated from.

01

UAE base

Our home market and the standard we apply everywhere else. Regional work is coordinated and governed from here.

02

Regional delivery

We work with organizations across the region, adapting to local conditions without lowering the delivery standard.

03

Bilingual by default

English and Arabic in delivery, documentation and support. Language is not a delivery constraint on our side.

04

Enterprise expectations

Governance, documentation and change control appropriate to organizations that are audited, regulated or investor-accountable.

How the firm is led

Direction is set from delivery, not from sales.

How a technology firm is led determines what it optimises for. A firm led from sales optimises for signature; a firm led from delivery optimises for what still works a year later. We are the second kind, and the practical consequences of that show up in what we will and will not take on.

01

Led from delivery

Direction is set by the people accountable for whether systems actually work, not by a function that hands problems onward once a contract is signed.

02

Deliberately small

We would rather be genuinely accountable on fewer engagements than thinly staffed across many. Capacity is added when it can be supervised, not when it can be sold.

03

Short escalation

Where a decision affects cost, risk or timeline it reaches the people setting direction. There is no layer whose function is to keep bad news inside a delivery team.

04

Judged on what still runs

The measure we care about is whether a system is still working, still understood and still owned by the client long after go-live.

How we work

The discipline is the differentiator.

01

Assess before proposing

We look at the current estate, the process and the data before recommending anything. A proposal written before the assessment is a sales document, not advice.

02

Sequence for absorption

Change is planned against how much the organization can absorb, not how fast a plan can be drawn. Sequencing is where most transformation programmes fail.

03

Deliver in reversible increments

Each step is sized so it can be verified and, if necessary, reversed. Large irreversible cutovers concentrate risk rather than removing it.

04

Document as we go

Interfaces, decisions and configuration are documented while the reasoning is current, not reconstructed at handover.

05

Stay accountable

Support, integration and managed capability under defined ownership and response expectations. Go-live is the beginning of the operating period.

Priority expansion market

Syria is where we are expanding next.

Syria is a priority expansion market for Launch Soft Solutions. Organizations there are rebuilding operations and technology at the same time, frequently under funding scrutiny and reporting obligations, and often with systems that were never designed for the current operating conditions. That combination is close to the work we already do.

Team experienceMembers of our leadership and delivery team have professional experience working in and with the Syrian market. This is stated as team experience. It is not a claim that Launch Soft Solutions has completed projects in Syria as a company.

What we hold ourselves to

Standards we do not trade away.

01

No claims we cannot evidence

We do not publish client names, project outcomes or performance figures we cannot substantiate. An unverifiable claim is a liability, not a credential.

02

The client owns the work

Code, configuration and documentation belong to the client. Continuity should never depend on us being retained.

03

Data governance treated as a requirement

Where personal, beneficiary or regulated data is involved, handling, retention and access are treated as design requirements to be defined with you, not as details settled after a system has been built.

04

Honest feasibility

Where the data, the timeline or the budget will not support the intended outcome, we say so before the commitment is made rather than after.

Start with an assessment, not a proposal.

A business technology assessment gives you a defensible view of where you stand and what should change first. What you do with it is your decision, and it does not have to be with us.
